I've never had a more thorough and educational experience at the dentist! The staff were all so welcoming, friendly, detailed, informative, and caring throughout my entire visit. I felt extremely taken care of and I learned more about dental care techniques that would improve my health. My overall experience during my routine cleaning was amazing. I don't usually look forward to coming back for dentist appointments but I can definitely say that I do here!

Dr. Nick and his team have been nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I started my Invisalign treatment, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and cared for. They’re extremely attentive and very communicative. You can tell they truly care about you and your experience with them. As someone from the Pilsen community, I’m grateful to have a dental office that not only delivers top notch care, but also makes you feel like family. So grateful to have found this dental office! It had been a while since my last visit, and I was nervous about being judged—especially after a negative experience at another clinic. Thankfully, there was absolutely no judgment here. Everyone at Chicago Dental Experts Pilsen is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they operate as a true team and genuinely care about making the entire process smooth and stress-free for patients. One of the staff members even went above and beyond to verify my insurance when it was difficult to locate the coverage—something I really appreciated. I also recently had some fillings done, and the dentist noticed another area that needed attention. They took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable with the additional work, and gave me a clear quote before proceeding so I knew exactly what to expect. This is officially my new dental home, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to others!

This family-owned dental office exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, I felt safe, welcomed, and respected. The team was professional, incredibly attentive, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They maintained the highest level of confidentiality and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Their bedside manner, yes, even in a dental office, was outstanding. You could tell they truly care about their patients. The services were also cost-friendly, which is a huge plus! Special shoutout to the supervisor, Chino, if I could give 18 stars, I would. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure everything ran smoothly. This office is truly a gem. Highly recommended!

Great service by professionals who care

I had a dental emergency and they fixed it the same day. The team was so friendly and professional. They made sure all my questions were answered. I plan on coming back for all my dental needs.

First time coming here and I definitely will be back. The dental hygienist Eleni was such a pleasure to work with and made the experience very pleasurable. Dr. Nick is also a GREAT Dentist and made sure I was comfortable the whole procedure. The whole staff is very welcoming and I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dental office!

Been coming here for 15yrs for all my and child’s dental needs and have always received the best service ever! With or without insurance this place is extremely reasonable. I don’t see myself ever going else where! Highly recommended
